Looking for owner-operator business partner
As we come up on 10 months of being open at DBP, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.
This shop has been amazing. I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve created, and I’m deeply thankful for how Durango has welcomed DBP into the community. The support, friendships, and stoke have meant everything.
With that said — I need help.
I have another full-time job, and I have a 9-year-old son. I’ve poured so much time and energy into growing this shop, but I’m at a point where I need to take a step back and create more balance. I don’t want to miss any more weekends with my son. I want to ride my bike after work. I want more time in the high country after my other 40-hour-a-week job.
Because of that, I’m looking for someone who wants to partner in DBP.
I’m looking for a motivated individual who wants to continue growing what’s been built — someone with vision, drive, and pride in building a business. Someone who loves Durango and thrives in community. Someone who loves sharing their stoke. Someone who’s proud to call Durango home.
Someone who:
Turns on good music and serves great coffee to friends
Welcomes everyone into the shop and makes them feel like family
Loves bikes and wants to help get more people on them
Is excited to grow DBP and make this their job — and their career
I want this person to take DBP and run with it.
I’ll be here to support you and will always be part of the DBP story — just in a smaller, more sustainable capacity — while you step into leading and growing the shop.
If this sounds like you, please reach out for buy in details.
Let’s talk.
