Connect Your Bank Account
To receive your payout automatically when your item sells, you need to connect a bank account via Stripe. It takes about 2 minutes and is completely secure. You only need to do this once.
⚠ Bikes: National shipping can be $150–$300+. Check BikeFlights.com or UPS before listing. You're responsible if actual cost exceeds your estimate.
Buyer Protection & Disputes
Buyers have a 72-hour inspection window after delivery to report a condition issue. If an item doesn't match its listing description, the dispute goes to the seller — not DBP. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and photos.
If you used DBP drop-off shipping and the item is damaged in transit, we will file the shipping insurance claim on your behalf. Items misrepresented in the listing are the seller's responsibility regardless of shipping method.
After the 72-hour window closes, all sales are final.
Seller Agreement
I confirm I am the rightful owner of this item and have the right to sell it. I understand that Durango Bike Project reserves the right to remove any listing at any time. I accept the buyer dispute and return policy above.
I agree to the commission structure shown above. My payout — 80% of item price plus my shipping estimate — will be transferred automatically to my connected bank account 72 hours after confirmed delivery. This window allows buyers to verify item condition. After 72 hours, the sale is final and payout is automatic.
I understand that items may need to be dropped off at DBP (225 E 8th Ave, Durango CO) for inspection prior to listing, and that 5% of every sale goes to Durango Devo.
