How long does it take to sell? →
It depends on the item, condition, and price. Quality bikes and components typically sell within 1–3 weeks. Apparel and accessories can take longer. We price things to sell — if something isn't moving, we'll reach out to discuss adjusting the price.
What if my item doesn't sell? →
If your item hasn't sold after 90 days, we'll reach out to discuss next steps — lowering the price, returning it to you, or donating it to a local program. We never just sit on inventory indefinitely.
Can I ship items to you instead of dropping off? →
Yes — reach out to us at durangobikeproject@gmail.com before shipping anything so we can confirm we want it and give you the right shipping address. We'll cover return shipping if we decline the item after inspection.
How do I get paid? →
Payouts are sent automatically via Stripe direct deposit within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. You connect your bank account once in the seller portal and never think about it again.
Do you accept items in poor condition? →
We inspect everything that comes in. Items that are heavily worn, broken, or not suitable for resale will be declined. We'll contact you with options to pick them up or donate them. When in doubt, bring it in and we'll take a look.
What's the difference between self list and concierge? →
Self list means you handle photos and description — you keep 80%. Concierge means you drop it off and we handle everything — photos, listing, packing, shipping — and you keep 65%. Concierge is ideal for bikes, large items, or anyone who doesn't want to deal with the details.
